- 800 g blueberries
- 3 oranges (one untreated)
- 500 g gelatine sugar (2:1)
- 20 ml orange liqueur

Rinse the berries, discard stems, and place them in a large pot. Wash the untreated orange hot, dry it, and zest its peel. Thoroughly peel all oranges with a knife and dice the fruit into small cubes. Add the orange pieces and zest to the berries, mix well with sugar, and let steep for about 1 hour.

Then bring to a boil while stirring constantly and simmer for about 4 minutes until sparkling. Perform a gel test, stir in the liqueur, and pour the hot marmalade into clean jars. Seal, turn the lids over, flip again after about 15 minutes, and allow to cool.
