Ingredients

  • 1 kg blueberries
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 4 stalks lemongrass

    Rinse the berries, pat them dry, and mix with the sugar in a large pot. Wash the lemongrass and gently pound it with a meat tenderizer until soft. Tie together and add to the berries.

    Stir and bring to a boil, then simmer for about 4 minutes while bubbling. Perform a gelling test, remove the lemongrass, and fill jars completely. Let them cool upside down.
