Blueberry Jam

There is nothing better than homemade spread: try the delicious blueberry jam from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg blueberries
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 300 g gelatin sugar

Instructions

    Gently rinse and dry the blueberries. Rinse the lemon as well, grate its zest thinly and squeeze out the juice.

    Combine the blueberries with gelatin sugar, lemon zest and juice in a pot and let it steep for 30 minutes. Then bring to a boil while stirring, simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Remove any white foam with a foam ladle. Fill clean screw-top jars up to the rim with jam. Seal the jars and place them upside down on the work surface for 10 minutes.

  4. 4.

    Serve the finished jam on bread.
