Ingredients

  • 600 g blueberries (or blue berries)
  • 600 g apples
  • 1 kg fruit sweetener (1:1)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Peel the apples, quarter them, core and dice. You should have about 400 g of flesh left; use slightly more or fewer apples if needed.

    Wash and rinse the blueberries. Mix with the apples, fruit sweetener and lemon juice in a pot over high heat until it boils, then simmer for 4 minutes while bubbling.

    Remove the pot from the stove and immediately fill hot-washed jars with the jam, seal tightly, place on the lids, let cool for about 15 minutes, then flip and allow to cool completely.
