Ingredients
- 800 g peaches
- 40 g liquid butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 30 g toasted almond kernels
- 400 g puff pastry
- flour (for working surface)

Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat.

Wash the peaches, halve them, pit them, and cut into cubes. Brush the bottom of a tart pan with liquid butter and evenly spread the sugar over it. Sprinkle with almonds and top with peach cubes.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to match the diameter of the pan and cover the peach cubes with it. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from the oven and set down immediately. Carefully lift the base and remove. Serve warm or cold.
