Fitness Smoothie with Basil and Papaya

A quick, wonderfully fruity and healthy smoothie from Exquisa: made fast, delightfully fruit‑rich and nutritious!

Ingredients

  • 1 Papaya
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 8 basil stems
  • 400 g Exquisa (Fitline Protein Strawberry)
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

    Peel the papaya, halve it and remove the seeds. Wash the pear, quarter it and remove the seeds. Then cut the fruits into large chunks. Rinse the basil, shake off excess water and pluck the leaves from the stems. Set aside a few sunflower seeds and basil leaves for garnish.

    Add the Exquisa Fitline Protein Quark Strawberry, papaya and pear pieces, lime juice, sunflower seeds and basil to a stand mixer and blend until smooth. If the smoothie becomes too thick, pour in about 50 ml of water.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with the remaining sunflower seeds. Finally garnish with basil leaves.
