Drink Yogurt with Red Currants

The drink yogurt with red currants from Spoonsparrow tastes pleasantly fruity and keeps you full for a long time.

Ingredients

  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 0.5 organic orange
  • 200 g red currants
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 400 ml cold milk (3.5% fat)
  • 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp melt flakes (30 g)

Instructions

    Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Rinse the orange hot, pat dry, grate the zest finely, then squeeze out the juice.

    Place the currants, vanilla seeds, orange zest and juice in a stand mixer. Add honey, milk, yogurt and melt flakes, then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

    Fill the drink yogurt with red currants into 4 screw‑top glasses with straws and serve well chilled.
