Chives cottage cheese with veggie sticks is always delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg mixed raw vegetables (e.g., cucumbers, celery stalks, carrots)
  • 10 g chives (half a bunch)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • a splash of lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash or peel the vegetables and clean them. Then cut them into sticks about 5 cm long.

    Wash the chives, shake off excess water, and slice them into thin rings. Peel the garlic, finely chop it, and mix it with the cottage cheese and chives. Season with lemon juice and salt, then serve alongside the veggie sticks.
