Figs with Yogurt Cream

Ingredients

  • 12 fresh figs
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 80 ml dessert wine
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • Lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the figs, pat dry and quarter them. Arrange on four dessert glasses.

    Whisk the yogurt until smooth; add the egg yolk while whisking until fully incorporated. Add the dessert wine and season with lemon juice.
