Ingredients

  • 12 fresh figs
  • 200 g goat cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • a handful radish sprouts

Instructions

    Wash the figs, pat dry with paper towels and cut horizontally in half. Mix the goat cheese with the milk. Season with salt and pepper, stir in chives, lemon juice and honey, then taste. Fill a pastry bag with the mixture.

    Place the underside of each fig on a plate with the cut side up and pipe the cream cheese filling onto them. Sprinkle the sprouts over the filling and gently place the top halves back on.
