Ingredients

  • 4 slices of white bread (ciabatta)
  • 6 ripe figs
  • 100 g quark (or ricotta)
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • mint

Instructions

    Toast or grill the bread slices until golden.

    Wash the figs; cut 2 figs into small pieces. Mix quark with honey and the chopped figs, then spread onto the toasted bread.
