Ingredients
- 80 g walnut kernels
- 4 fresh figs
- 600 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp Honey
Instructions

Roast the walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant, then let them cool. Wash and pat the figs dry, cutting each into quarters.

Whisk the yogurt with lemon juice to make it creamy, then divide among four glasses. Top each glass with fig quarters, toasted walnuts, and drizzle honey over the top before serving immediately.
