Fast Vegetables with Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 750 g frozen vegetable mix
  • 150 g whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream
  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 2 slices Gouda cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook the vegetables according to package instructions with a little water.

  2. 2.

    Wash and finely chop the herbs.

  3. 3.

    Add the cream to the vegetables, bring to a boil once, then stir in the herbs, salt, pepper, and sour cream.

  4. 4.

    Use a star-shaped cutter to cut stars from the Gouda slices.

  5. 5.

    Arrange the vegetables on plates and garnish with the Gouda stars.
