Ingredients
- 1 head endive salad
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Avocado
- 40 g herbs (handful; basil and chives)
- 1 Organic Lime
- 200 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt
- chili flakes
Instructions

Clean the salad, tear into bite-sized pieces, rinse and dry. Wash the cucumber, peel if desired, and slice thinly. Halve the avocado, remove pit, peel, and cut flesh into slices. Rinse herbs and shake dry. Pinch off basil leaves and roughly chop; slice chives into rounds. Rinse lime under hot water, grate zest finely, and squeeze juice.

For the dressing whisk yogurt with lime zest and juice, honey, salt, and chili.

Arrange all prepared salad ingredients on four plates, drizzle with dressing, and serve immediately.
