Colorful Fruit Punch

Ingredients

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 200 g gooseberries
  • 200 g blackberries
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 3 plums
  • 1 handful kumquats
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 500 ml vanilla‑flavored black tea
  • 750 ml sparkling water (or champagne)
  • 100 ml orange soda or vodka
  • Sugar to taste
  • mint for garnish

Instructions

    Wash, dry and drain the fruit. Remove green stems from strawberries and cut them in halves or quarters. Halve the plums, pit them and slice into wedges. Slice the kumquats into rounds.

    Place the fruit in a punch bowl, pour over apple juice, tea, sparkling water/champagne, orange soda/vodka, and let it steep for at least one hour. Sweeten to taste before serving, garnish with mint leaves, and serve in punch glasses.
