Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 100 g Gouda cheese (chunked)
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 1-2 tsp capers
- 100 g salad mayonnaise
- 50 g yogurt
- salt, pepper from grinder
- a pinch cayenne pepper
- 4 slices rye bread
Instructions

Hard boil the eggs and peel them. Wash and clean the red bell pepper and tomato.

Dice the eggs, red bell pepper, tomato, cheese, and pickled cucumber, then mix with the capers.

Whisk the mayonnaise and yogurt until smooth. Season heavily with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, then combine with the other ingredients.
