- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- Salt
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce
- 8 slices toast bread
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp chives
- 200 g turkey ham (sliced)

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Halve them, remove yolks and finely chop whites. Whisk yolks with mayonnaise and crème fraîche until smooth. Season with vinegar and salt, then fold in chopped whites.

Wash lettuce and pat dry. Spread half of the toast slices with egg salad. Layer romaine leaves, cottage cheese, chives, and turkey ham on top. Cover with remaining toast slices, cut in halves, and secure with toothpicks.
