Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna (in its own juice)
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 8 black olives (chopped)
  • 2 crisp lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 baguette rolls

Instructions

    Drain the tuna well and flake it with a fork.

    Wash and pat dry the lettuce. Slice the tomato. Mix crème fraîche and lemon juice; peel the garlic and onion. Chop the onion, press the garlic. Add both to the olives and tuna, season with salt and pepper.

    Toast as desired.

    Cut each baguette roll lengthwise, layer with lettuce and tomato slices, then spread the tuna mixture on top.
