Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 180 g river crab (pre-cooked and ready to use; refrigerated)
- 12 slices whole-grain bread (e.g., with carrots and seeds)

Halve the avocados, remove the pit and gently squeeze the flesh out of the skin, dice finely and mix with lime juice.

Mash with a fork, stir in crème fraîche, season with salt and cayenne pepper. Rinse the crab meat, pat dry and roughly chop.

Layer 8 slices of bread with guacamole and crab meat. Stack two topped slices together and cap with an empty slice of bread as a lid.
