Ingredients

  • 4 slices toast bread (or sandwich bread)
  • 2 Radishes
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 2 hard‑boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Toast the bread. Wash, trim and slice the radishes with a paring knife.

    Peel the eggs, chop them and mix with mayonnaise, yogurt and parsley; season with salt and pepper.

    Place lettuce on two toasted slices of bread, spread the egg salad over it, top with radish slices and cover with another slice of bread. Cut diagonally and serve.
