Ingredients

  • 400 ml coffee (freshly brewed)
  • 80 ml egg liqueur
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Fill the coffee into four cups. Pour 2 cl of egg liqueur into each cup.

  2. 2.

    Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff, fill a pastry bag and spray one puff onto each cup of coffee.

    Dust with cocoa and serve immediately.
