    Preheat the oven to 80°C fan.

    Wash the peaches, pat dry, halve them, pit them and place them cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Dry in the preheated oven for 5-6 hours, turning occasionally.

    Remove from the oven and serve arranged on a plate.
