Double Sandwich with Salami, Cheese and Lettuce

Ingredients
- 2 red tomatoes
- 2 yellow tomatoes
- 125 g Camembert
- 1 handful salad leaves (e.g. Lollo bionda)
- 6 slices whole‑grain toast
- 20 g yogurt butter (room temperature)
- 60 g poultry salami
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stems and slice them. Slice the Camembert as well.

Wash the salad leaves, pat dry and tear into bite‑sized pieces.

Spread butter on 4 slices of toast. Top two with salami, yellow tomatoes and a bit of lettuce; top the other two with red tomatoes, Camembert and remaining lettuce. Lightly pepper everything. Place cheese‑toast slices onto the salami‑toast slices. Finish each sandwich with another slice of toast and cut diagonally.
