- 12 small new potatoes (≈70 g each)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 100 g smoked trout
- 100 g caviar
- dill sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and steam for about 20 minutes until cooked. Let them cool slightly, then gently hollow out the centers.

Mix the cream cheese with basil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Fill each potato cavity with the cheese mixture, top with a slice of smoked trout, and finish with a spoonful of caviar. Garnish with dill sprigs before serving.
