Whether as a refreshing snack or a savory dessert, the cucumber smoothie from Spoonsparrow tastes great and is healthy!

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 sprig dill
  • 3 tsp lime juice
  • mineral water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

    Cut two thin slices from the cucumber for garnish, peel the rest, cut lengthwise in half, remove seeds, then chop into large pieces.

    Blend the cucumber with dill, salt, pepper, lime juice and a few drops of Tabasco until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Pour into a cocktail glass, top with mineral water, and skewer the cucumber slices on the rim.
