Fast dessert: The Pancakes from Spoonsparrow are perfect for bringing along and snacking.

Ingredients

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 heaping tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp whole cane sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • maple syrup (optional)
  • oil (for cooking)
  • 100 g blueberries

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the blueberries, then set aside. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the milk. Add flour, baking powder, whole cane sugar, and salt, then mix well with an electric mixer for 1 to 2 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan and cook the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Stack the pancakes and serve with maple syrup and blueberries.
