Ingredients
- 1 box garden cress
- 350 g cucumber salad
- 100 ml celery juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Cut cress leaves from the bed with kitchen scissors and set aside about 1 teaspoon. Put the rest in a stand mixer.

Peel, wash, slice one thick piece of cucumber and dice the remaining part roughly.

Blend cress, cucumber, celery juice, and ice cubes in a stand mixer on high speed until very smooth. Pour into a glass, garnish with reserved cress and the cucumber slice.
