Banana and Pear Smoothie

Ingredients
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 1 Banana
- 2 pears
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- sugar (to taste)
- mineral water (for topping)
- crushed ice
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel the banana, cut into pieces and add to a blender with lemon juice and buttermilk. Peel the pears, quarter them and remove seeds, then add to the blender with 2 tbsp crushed ice and blend powerfully.

Season with sugar and cinnamon, blend again, pour into glasses filled with ice, top with mineral water, garnish with lemon slices, and serve.
