Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 2 tbsp mint (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp cumin (ground)
  • 400 g yogurt
  • spritz lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber and grate it coarsely. Sprinkle with a little salt, mix, and let it sit for about 15 minutes to draw out water. Then rinse and gently squeeze out excess moisture.

    Wash, trim, and slice spring onions into thin rings. Combine them with cucumber, yogurt, and mint; season with lemon juice, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper.
