Ingredients
- 2 corn cobs (pre-cooked, airtight packaged)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 Spring Onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- olive oil
- 2 tsp Dried thyme
- wooden skewers
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 1 bunch chives (cut into small rolls)
- 4 radishes (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest (organic lemon)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- a pinch cayenne pepper

Cut corn cobs into very thick slices. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and cut into large pieces. Wash spring onions, trim them, discard the green parts. Thread corn, pepper, and spring onions onto wooden skewers. Brush with 2-3 tbsp oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in a hot oven (see above) for 10-15 minutes.

Mix crème fraîche with chives, radishes, lemon zest, salt, and spices. Serve alongside the warm skewers.
