Ingredients
- 200 g fresh salmon fillet
- 1 bundle flat parsley
- a few spritzes lemon juice
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- 1 small salad cucumber
- 1 tbsp lingonberry jam

Dice the salmon finely. Rinse and dry the parsley, shake off excess water, remove leaves and finely chop. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Wash the cucumber, trim the ends, peel it into strips. Slice the cucumber into slightly thicker rounds and spread the tartare on top.

Cut the lingonberry jam into small cubes and arrange them alongside the cucumber bites.
