Ingredients
- 2 balls buffalo mozzarella (125 g each)
- 1 bundle arugula
- olive oil (for drizzling)
- dark balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 20 slices Bündnerfleisch (halved)

Drain the mozzarella well, cut it crosswise into 0.7 cm thick slices.

Rinse, wash, trim and dry the arugula. Place 2-3 stems of arugula on a slice of mozzarella, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.

Wrap each slice of Bündnerfleisch around a piece of mozzarella and arrange on a platter for serving.
