Blueberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 150 g whipping cream
  • lemon balm leaf (for garnish)

Instructions

    Mix flour with cinnamon, vanilla sugar and sugar. Add butter in small pieces and rub the mixture between your palms to form crumbs. Press half of the crumb dough into a baking dish and chill for 15 minutes.

    Wash blueberries and drain. Spread them over the dough, top with remaining crumbs and bake in preheated oven at 200 °C (convection) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly. Whip cream to stiff peaks. Serve warm crumble with whipped cream swirls and lemon balm leaves garnish.
