Ingredients

  • 60 g dark chocolate (semi‑bitter)
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it in a pot over low heat. Add the milk and stir until it comes to a gentle boil. Remove the pot from the heat.

    Whisk together the egg yolk and sugar, then fold into the non‑boiling chocolate mixture with a whisk. Pour into glasses or mugs. Spoon 1–2 tbsp of whipped cream into each glass and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
