Ingredients

  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream (stiffly beaten)
  • cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp Grand Marnier

Instructions

    Mix 25 g cocoa powder with the sugar and stir well with 2 tbsp cold milk.

    Pour the milk into a pot and heat, but do not let it boil. Whisk the prepared cocoa with a whisk until smooth.

    Fill tall glasses or cups with the cocoa, add 1 tbsp Grand Marnier to each, and froth with a milk frother if desired.

    Stir in 1 tbsp cream per serving and dust with a pinch of cocoa powder before serving.
