Chocolate Ice

Try the chocolate ice from Spoonsparrow, a cooling recipe for hot days!

Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 50 g whipping cream
  • 1 tsp caster sugar

Instructions

    Heat the milk in a pot and remove from heat. Break the dark chocolate into pieces. Add the chocolate to the milk and stir until melted. Stir through and set aside to cool.

    Distribute one scoop of chocolate ice cream into each of two glasses and pour the cold chocolate milk over it. Whip the cream with caster sugar until stiff peaks form. Serve the cold chocolate milk topped with a beautiful whipped cream cap.
