Ingredients
- 0.5 l white wine
- 0.5 tsp ginger powder
- juice of one lemon
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch cloves powder
- 0.1 l brandy

Bring the white wine with lemon juice to a boil.

Whisk the egg yolks, cloves powder, ginger powder, sugar and brandy in a bain-marie until thickened into a creamy mixture.

Slowly stir the hot white wine into the egg yolk mixture and divide among four glasses.
