Ingredients

  • 600 g strawberries
  • 100 g mango
  • 150 g cream yogurt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 12 ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash the strawberries and trim off the stems. Pick six nice strawberries and set aside.

    Peel the mango and separate the flesh from the pit. Combine the fruit with the yogurt, milk, and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth.

    Finally add the ice cubes and pulse briefly to chill. Pour the strawberry‑mango smoothie into glasses, garnish with the reserved strawberries, and serve.
