Ingredients

  • 24 sheets of rice paper (round, 16 cm diameter, from the Asian store)
  • 2 tbsp chives rolls
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tsp organic lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 24 chive blossoms

Instructions

    Stir the cream cheese with milk, chives rolls, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Lay out the rice paper sheets, dampen them with water and place 2 tsp of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each sheet.

    Fold the sheets into small bags, insert a blossom inside and tie with chives. Chill until serving. Serve with a sharp dip.
