Ingredients

  • 180 g rolled oats (whole grain)
  • 100 g rolled oats (small leaf, whole grain)
  • 80 g almonds
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 50 g margarine
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 30 g Raisins
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Mix rolled oats, oat flakes, almonds, sunflower seeds, and berries in a bowl. In a tall pot, combine butter with sugar, honey, and lemon juice; stir until it boils. Cook 3-5 minutes until the mixture starts to caramelize. Stir in the pre-mixed ingredients, continuing to cook until everything darkens. Immediately spread the warm mixture onto a sheet of greased parchment paper on a baking tray, rolling it into a plate about 30 x 30 cm (use a baking frame if needed). After about 15 minutes, cut into bars (10 x 3 cm). Let cool and store dry.
