Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh cranberries
  • 1 kg sour apples
  • 500 g preserve sugar (2:1)
  • 1 lemon (juice)

Instructions

    Clean the fruits, roughly chop them and, following the instructions (please observe the manufacturer's guidelines of each juicer), place them in the juicer and juice.

    Measure one liter of juice, squeeze in some lemon juice. Add the appropriate amount of preserve sugar (mix according to the package label and heat while stirring constantly, boil vigorously for 3-4 minutes until foamy, pour into well-cleaned screw-top jars up to the rim and seal. Place on the lid for 10 minutes, flip and let cool.
