Corn on the Cob with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 large corn cobs
  • Salt
  • 10 g butter
  • 100 g goat fresh cheese
  • 0.5 bunch coriander
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Clean the corn cobs and cook them in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, crumble the goat cheese. Wash the coriander, shake dry, and chop the leaves.

    Mix the goat cheese with coriander and season with salt and cayenne pepper.

  4. 4.

    Remove the corn from the water and let it drain. Brush each cob with butter, sprinkle salt, and grill on a hot grill all around for about 5 minutes.

    Divide the grilled corn into four bowls and spoon the goat cheese mixture over them.
