Corn Omelettes

Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 40 g Butter
  • 50 g Corn flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g canned corn
  • 200 g soy sprouts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

    Boil milk, honey, salt and butter together. While constantly stirring add the corn flour and cook until thickened. Let it cool slightly, then fold in the egg yolks, drained corn, 50 g finely chopped soy sprouts, and finally the beaten egg whites.

    Oil a pan and bake two omelettes from the mixture.

    Slide the omelettes onto plates, top with soy sprouts, drizzle with sour cream, and garnish with chives.
