- 1 clove garlic
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 onion
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 4 tbsp plant oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Drain the corn well. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Whisk the eggs with the garlic in a bowl, then mix in the corn. Peel and finely dice the onion; pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and finely chop them. Stir everything together. Sift in the flour, mix, and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, spoon the corn batter into the pan in tablespoon-sized portions, flatten into pancakes, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
