Ingredients
- 100 g Soft Butter
- 50 g sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 beaten large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g flour
- 75 g ground hazelnuts
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 150 g coarsely chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the beaten egg. Mix flour, hazelnuts, cocoa powder and baking powder, then fold into the wet mixture gently. Fold in chopped nuts.

Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly. Cookies should be about 5 cm in diameter with a 5 cm spacing. Bake for 10–12 minutes. Let cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then allow to fully cool before stacking.
