Ingredients

  • 140 g soft butter
  • 200 g cane sugar
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100 g ground hazelnuts
  • 200 g chocolate chips

Instructions

    Cream butter, cane sugar and powdered sugar together, then fold in the eggs. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and combine with the egg-butter mixture; finally stir in hazelnuts and chocolate chips.

    Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined tray spaced apart, bake at 190°C for about 15-17 minutes in a preheated oven. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
