Ingredients
- 200 ml yogurt
- 2 Eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 100 ml oil
- 50 ml rum
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 200 g mixed dried fruit
- 150 g nuts (walnut, almond, coconut flakes)
- 50 g chocolate shavings
Instructions

Cut all the small items and soak them in rum. Whisk yogurt with the eggs until smooth. Mix flour with baking powder, add to the yogurt‑egg mixture along with sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, and blend well. Add the rum‑soaked mix and combine thoroughly. Divide the dough in half; add cocoa powder to one portion.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then spoon alternating light and dark dough onto the tray to create a marbled effect.

Preheat oven to 180 °C and bake for about 25–30 minutes while the cake is still warm. Remove the parchment and cut star shapes with a larger cutter (or simply square pieces).
