Ingredients
- 250 g colorful tortellini (ready-made refrigerated product)
- 200 g colorful ravioli (with meat filling, ready-made refrigerated product)
- 250 g whipping cream
- 100 g grated Emmental cheese
- 30 g whole hazelnuts
- 30 g walnut kernels
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 red chili peppers
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Cook tortellini and ravioli according to package instructions, drain and let them dry well.

Halve the chilies lengthwise, remove seeds, wash, and slice into thin rings. Roughly chop nuts.

Bring cream to a boil, melt cheese in it, stir in chili rings and nuts, season with salt and pepper, then press in peeled garlic cloves.

Distribute pasta on plates, pour over the cream sauce, and garnish with basil leaves.
