  • 200 g Tortellini (pre-cooked)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 200 g diced tomatoes (canned)
  • oregano
  • Salt
  • coarse pepper
  • 75 g cream cheese (13% fat) (with Provence herbs)

Instructions

    Cook the tortellini according to package instructions in salted water.

    Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion and crush the garlic clove. Heat butter in a pan, sauté onion and garlic briefly. Add tomatoes and reduce slightly. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Finally stir in the cream cheese and warm the sauce without boiling. Serve over drained tortellini.
