Ingredients

  • 800 g Tortellini (fridge; cheese filling)
  • 50 g green olives (pitted)
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook tortellini in plenty of boiling salted water.

    Chop olives, wash chilies, clean them, cut lengthwise, deseed and finely chop. Mix chilies with olives, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil well.
